Good speaking skills over the telephone, voice skills
Good writing and comprehension skills
Some experience to work in past to handle Order Management related queries
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Australian Shift
Freshers and Experienced both are eligible
Resource should be comfortable with night shifts
