We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer who can function as a team player, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software within defined timelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving testing processes.
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 2 to 5 years of experience in all phases of STLC. Experience in Web testing, Mobile Apps testing (Android and iOS), and API testing. Strong understanding of testing fundamentals. Ability to design and create Test Cases based on the Requirement documents.
Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Playwright etc.
Strong debugging skills and working knowledge of web services, databases, and web technologies (REST, AJAX, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience working with JIRA for test management and issue tracking.
Self-organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test cases for upcoming features across unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Execute manual test cases and work closely with Product & Development teams.
Ensure the seamless rollout of new features and bug fixes with minimal errors within defined deadlines.
Write and maintain functional automation scripts.
Contribute to test framework development and enhancements as needed.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing activities.
Adopt and implement new tools and technologies to enhance software quality.
