We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications.
Should have 0 to 4 years of relevant experience with strong verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions
Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7)
Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
Educational certificates are mandatory.
Must be flexible to work from the office.
