EnlightVision Technologies is looking for Software Tester (Manual + Automation)

As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products
across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with development teams to understand requirements, design test cases, execute tests, and report bugs while maintaining high standards of performance, usability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and performance issues across platforms.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Collaborate with development teams to design effective testing strategies.
• Document test results including defects, coverage, and execution status.
• Participate in design and code reviews to improve testability and quality.
• Suggest improvements in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies.
• Provide clear feedback on product quality and release readiness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in testing on Windows, Web, and Mobile environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps for issue tracking.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.

Work Experience: 2 – 5 Years
