We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer who is hands-on, proactive, and capable of directly engaging with clients to gather requirements, contribute to technical discussions, and drive end-to-end development. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Reactive Programming with exposure to Vertex. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be a self-starter, and be capable of operating independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
A strong individual contributor and an effective team player.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Leverage reactive programming and Vertex for building performant, event-driven systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and UI developers.
Contribute actively to code reviews, architectural planning, and performance tuning.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.
Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project alignment and delivery.
