Candidate should be Any Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical support for hardware, software, and networking. Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for remote assistance. Proficiency in help desk software and remote desktop tools.

Adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiarity with support ticketing systems.
Immediate joiners preferred
