Teleperformance is looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our Technical Support Team for a blended process. As a Technical Support Executive, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting device problems and ensuring a smooth customer experience through voice and non-voice channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and a passion for helping others while working remotely from the comfort of their home.
Eligibility Criteria-
Education: Under-graduate/ Graduate
Experience: Fresher`s/Candidates with prior technical support experience
Require Skills-
Excellent fluency in English (Both Verbal & Written)
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability with electronic devices
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a 24×7 night shift environment
Problem solving ability mindset with patience and professionalism

RAM: 8GB minimum
Internet speed: 50mbps minimum
Headset: Noise cancellation USB headset
Operating System: Windows 10 or above
Compensation & Benefits-
CTC: 20,000 per month
