We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer/ Manual Tester with 1 to 10 years of experience to join our team at XcelTec, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibility-
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software product quality.
Identify and report defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
Conduct thorough analysis of software functionality to identify potential problems.
Create detailed test cases and scripts to support testing efforts.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing input on project scope and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development process.
Job Requirements-
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including black box and white box testing.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
